In The Woods Somewhere

I tend to be overly critical of myself and I overanalyze everything. So when the time came to list my happiest moments, I fell short—thinking, accessing.

My last day was sort of bittersweet. Some sugar was spilled and scattered at the bottom of the bittersweet end. I have never said goodbye properly to the personnels in the Tourisms Office and I haven't said thank you for everything, for the learnings, guidance, for taking care of me—us, and everything in between.

If you ask me now about the list of my happiest moments, I could write a couple of hundred things and think endlessly of all the good things that had happened inside and outside of that office. The fun moments and wonderful memories we built and made. Like a castle with a rose garden blooming and setting an aromatic scent, with a well-painted wall, a sophisticatedly constructed structure. Calamities, disasters may try to sabotage it but it will still be there standing proudly, adorned and refurbished.

What I have learned within the 10 days of my stay is that there are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hardwork and learning from failure.
